AusRehabs pre-employment screening (PES) booking process is straightforward and fuss-free.
Here's what our PES booking process looks like, at a glance.
Step 1: Submit a request form
Head to our website to view the full range of PES services we offer. Then, complete the request form.
Ensure all details are filled out correctly, as our customer service team will use the information provided to contact you.
Step 2: Await call from AusRehab
An expert from our customer service team will call you to:
- Confirm your company's nature of work
- Discuss test(s) relevant to the industry
- Confirm the test(s) you wish to book
Step 3: Receive quote
Our customer service team will send a revised quote based on the discussion over the call.
Step 4: Confirm booking & make payment
To confirm booking, payment must be made upfront.
Once payment has been received, our customer service team will be in touch to make the necessary arrangements.
Step 5: Organise logistics
To ensure a smooth PES process, please ensure that all paperwork are sorted at this stage. This includes distributing consent forms to your candidate(s) and providing them with details of the PES assessment.
A booking confirmation will also be sent out to the candidates. Do remind your candidate(s) to read the email carefully, fill out the questionnaire (if applicable) and arrive promptly for their appointment.
Step 6: Carry out PES screening
A qualified assessor will carry out the PES screening at your selected location.
Step 7: Receive report
Once receipt of payment has been confirmed, the complete report will be sent out to the employer.
At this stage, payment includes fees levied for any candidate(s) who were marked as DNA (did not attend).
