What does CTP not cover?

As AusRehab's CTP (Compulsory Third Party) insurance services are specific to the injury, exclusions apply.

CTP (Compulsory Third Party) insurance does not cover:

  • Damage to vehicles or property
  • Injuries to the driver at fault in the accident beyond basic medical and care costs
  • Legal costs associated with defending or pursuing claims related to property damage or non-injury-related issues

For more comprehensive coverage, separate insurance policies like third-party property or comprehensive vehicle insurance would be needed.
