1. Click “Verify to sign”
You will see a button next to your name. Click it.
2. It will say “Verification sent”
This means the email has been sent to you.
3. Open your email
Look for an email from AusRehab.
Subject: “Please verify your identity to sign your quote”.
4. Click the blue button in the email
The button says: “Verify your identity and sign quote”
5. Click “Start signing,” then click “Get Started.”
6. Click “Click to sign”
7. Choose to draw, type, or upload your signature.
Here, we’re choosing to type, then click “Insert.”
8. Click “Continue”
9. Click “I Agree”
You accept and sign the form.
10. 🎉 That’s it! Your consent form is now signed.
A signed copy will be sent to your email for you to keep.
